About me . . . .
I like to work in spontaneous and intuative ways. I like to be open to use different resources and I love experimenting with colour and texture - hopefully my work shows these many and varied approaches. Art requires courage and I would love you to see my final framed work - it is like exposing my soul.
Without art, the crudeness of reality would make the world unbearable -
George Bernard Shaw.
Art is when you hear a knocking from your soul - and you answer - Terri Guillemets.
I am currently a volunteer at ARC (Arts for Recovery in the Community) whose studios and gallery are based in Stockport. They are a specialised art and health charitable organisation, harnessing the power of creativity with people to rebuild their self-confidence and fulfill their potential.
I am a member of the Gallery Choir which meets each week at Stockport Art Gallery. I have also enjoyed walking with the Slip Inn Walkers, I am constantly amazed by the beautiful countryside we see on our walks.
